Mike Felix

Dr. Mike Felix has more than 43 years of experience in telecom and technology companies, having been a founding employee at Sprint and serving almost 17 years at AT&T, where he led several key divisions. He also led several venture capital-backed start-ups and turnarounds, domestically and internationally. Mike has served on the boards of more than 15 for-profit and non-profit organizations, including four technology companies, a private venture-capital firm, a state-owned investment bank, a public-policy forum for the Arctic, a major university foundation, and several other high-profile non-profits.

Having served as an advisor to more than a dozen emerging companies and non-profits, Dr. Felix founded Legacy Point Advisors in 2018 for advising and mentoring emerging leaders on strategy, culture, hiring practices, and employee engagement. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of South Florida and a Ph.D. in media psychology from Fielding Graduate University.
